I am afraid I have been too busy going to Chicago and then with moodling to keep my blog updated. Last week's excitement was a visit from Mr. Martens from Gladstone High School and the Vancouver School Board who taught us lots about the physics behind paper airplanes. Everyone had a great time or sometimes frustrating time learning about the ways to make paper airplanes fly straight and how to turn. We also had a good time looking at everyone's Heart Smart Ads.
Thank you Division 2 for having me as a "guest" teacher! It was a great to meet you and see your creativity & energy. Your class came up with such a variety of designs. I am looking forward to reading the writing you did after you finished testing your planes.
